Tempest Therapeutics appointed Stephanie Horn-Warnock CFO effective October 26, 2026, succeeding Constance Ames, who resigned for personal reasons unrelated to the company.

1. CFO appointment

Horn-Warnock also became principal financial and accounting officer, treasurer and corporate secretary. She was ROM Technologies’ vice president of finance from January 2024 to September 2026, overseeing accounting and finance.
