Tempus AI signs data deals worth up to $192.5 million with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Pathos AI

1. Agreement details
Tempus AI’s Oct. 14 oncology data agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb provides $137.5 million in fixed payments through Dec. 31, 2031. Bristol-Myers Squibb may terminate the agreement with 12 months’ written notice and payment of a substantial termination fee. A separate Oct. 22 neurology data agreement with Pathos AI provides up to $55 million over five years, including $5 million for record updates. Fees depend on delivery of up to 500,000 patient records at $100 each, targeting 100,000 records annually.
