Tempus expands collaboration with Moderna, Merck on V940 melanoma vaccine support
TEM•Tempus expanded its multi-year collaboration with Moderna and Merck to support potential commercialization of the personalized cancer vaccine V940. Financial terms were not disclosed.
1. Expanded collaboration
Tempus will support potential commercialization of V940, also known as intismeran autogene or mRNA-4157. The work includes logistics for collecting tumor tissue and blood for sequencing, and Tempus is set to provide sequencing services subject to regulatory approvals.
2. Patient population
The program targets patients with completely resected stage IIB-IV melanoma, with evaluation in other cancer types.
