Ten Holdings says it regains Nasdaq stockholders’ equity compliance after USD 6.6 million offering
XHLD•Nasdaq compliance regained after equity raise
Ten Holdings said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s stockholders’ equity requirement after a registered direct offering raised about $6.6 million in net proceeds.
The company had received a Nasdaq deficiency notice for failing to meet Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires at least $2.5 million in stockholders’ equity. Ten Holdings submitted a compliance plan to Nasdaq on July 1, 2026, ahead of the July 10, 2026 deadline.
The company said the offering of 7,500,000 shares closed on June 30, 2026 and generated the net proceeds that it expects restored compliance. Nasdaq will review the company’s results in its next periodic report and could still pursue delisting if the company does not remain in compliance.
