Aug. 10 (Reuters) - Orion Oyj ORNBV.HE said its license partner Tenax Therapeutics' phase 3 level trial did not reach its primary endpoint.
- The trial was a phase 3 level trial of oral levosimendan in pulmonary hypertension due to heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (PH-HFPEF).
- Tenax will request a meeting with the U.S. FDA to discuss revisions to ongoing registrational development of levosimendan for treatment of PH-HFPEF.
