Tenon Medical amended a prior Form 8-K to correct the aggregate principal amount of its Senior Convertible Promissory Notes to $5.16 million.
The original report had listed the Notes at $4.3 million; gross proceeds remained about $4.3 million before placement-agent fees.
The amendment also replaced the note form to correct the floor price to $0.16.
