Tenon Medical priced a $3 million private placement with an institutional investor for common stock or pre-funded warrants.
The deal includes 597,610 common shares or pre-funded warrants, each paired with a warrant; combined effective price $5.02 per share.
The warrants cover up to 1,058,517 shares, are exercisable at $5.02, are immediately exercisable, and expire five years from issuance.
Closing is expected around Aug. 31, 2026, subject to customary conditions. WallachBeth Capital is serving as placement agent.
