Tenon Medical regains Nasdaq listing compliance on stockholders’ equity requirement
TNON•Nasdaq compliance regained after public offering
Tenon Medical regained compliance with Nasdaq’s $2.5 million minimum stockholders’ equity listing requirement, based on its July 10 Form 8-K.
Nasdaq warned the company could face delisting if it cannot demonstrate compliance when it files its Form 10-Q for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2026.
Compliance was supported by a $4.2 million public offering of common stock and warrants that closed on July 1, 2026.
