Teradyne partners with GSME to launch Silicon Valley semiconductor test center
TER•Teradyne and GSME launch semiconductor test center partnership
Teradyne entered a multi-year strategic partnership with GS Microelectronics to set up a semiconductor test and evaluation center.
GSME will run a dedicated Teradyne-equipped test floor at its new 42,000-square-foot Silicon Valley headquarters.
The facility targets faster device evaluation, test development, pilot production support, and production readiness for next-generation chips.
The center is scheduled to open in Q4 2026, with customer demonstrations and evaluations starting shortly after.
