Teradyne projected second-quarter revenue between $1.15 billion and $1.25 billion, down from $1.28 billion in the first quarter. The company also forecast adjusted earnings of $1.86–$2.15 per share, compared with $2.56 per share in Q1, reflecting cyclicality in semiconductor test demand.
