The company said additional contracted IT capacity at Lake Mariner increased recurring lease revenue and unlocked $600 mln of Google credit support, according to management.
TeraWulf also said it agreed to monetize its Abernathy JV interest for $530 mln and acquired Muskie Data Campus to support future growth.
Quarterly revenue fell short of estimates
TeraWulf said second-quarter revenue came in below analyst expectations, with HPC lease revenue making up 71% of total Q2 revenue.
