Tercera finds share of IT services firms focused on one software partner falls to 5%

Tercera released its 2026-2027 Tercera 30 ranking of software and AI vendors with the greatest services growth potential. The survey found services firms shifting from single-vendor implementations toward coordinating data, systems and AI agents around industry processes and business outcomes. Eleven vendors entered or returned to the ranking.
