Terra Innovatum Global appoints three new independent directors to board

- Terra Innovatum Global named Tony Tullio, Michael Modro, and Kostadin Ivanov as independent directors on Sept. 22, 2026.
- Tullio took interim chair duties for the audit committee. He also joined the remuneration committee.
- Board exits took effect Sept. 17, 2026, with resignations by Rex Jackson, Michael Howard, and Peter Hastings.
- Hastings shifted from director to a consulting role focused on commercialization support and strategic initiatives.
