Terreno Realty executed two early lease renewals plus an expansion totaling 244,000 square feet across two buildings in Carson, California.
The deal was signed with a global freight-forwarding tenant; the expansion backfills an expiring lease, leaving one building 100% leased to a single tenant.
Combined lease starts Sept. 15, 2026 and runs through September 2031.
