Tesla receives approval to roll out self-driving software in Croatia

Tesla said its supervised Full Self-Driving system has been approved in Croatia, with a rollout across the country expected to begin soon. Croatia joins several other European countries that have approved the technology.

An EU-wide rollout requires support from 15 of the bloc’s 27 member states, representing 65% of its population. A vote expected in October was delayed, and the next apparent opportunity for a decision is not before December. A safety group and several EU member states have raised concerns about the system’s ability to exceed speed limits.
