Sept. 1 (Reuters) - Tesla's TSLA.O new car registrations in Portugal fell by 36.5% in August from a year ago to 148 units, even as new registrations of light electric vehicles grew by 65.2%, the country's automobile industry association ACAP said on Tuesday.
