Tessera Defense raises MEA stake to 15%
Tessera Defense and Homeland Security amended its MEA Testing Systems deal, raising the initial stake to 15% from 10%.
Closing completed for 486,860 MEA shares, paid with 195,000 Tessera common shares; 65,000 shares need NYSE American listing clearance.
