Tetra reported Q4 2025 revenue of $146.7 million, a 9% increase from Q4 2024. Loss from continuing operations was $15.3 million, including $18.7 million in unusual charges, while adjusted net income per share was $0.02 and adjusted EBITDA reached $20.4 million. Net cash from operations totaled $31.7 million, with base business adjusted free cash flow of $21.8 million.

2. Full-Year 2025 Performance

Full-year 2025 revenue climbed to $631 million, the highest in a decade, and adjusted EBITDA reached $114 million. Income from continuing operations before taxes was $26.5 million. The company ended the year with a net leverage ratio of 1.1 times and unrestricted cash of $72.6 million, highlighting strong liquidity and balance sheet health.

3. Strategic Initiatives and Growth Drivers

The company completed phase one of its Arkansas bromine project under budget, erecting a 120-foot tower and securing additional bromine supply for 2026–27. An engineering study for a 25,000 bbl/day produced water desalination plant was finalized, and a term sheet for a magnesium joint venture targets critical mineral production. Contracts in Argentina’s Vaca Muerta are set to double regional revenue in 2026.
