Textron names Brian Rohloff CEO of Textron Aviation, replacing retiring Ron Draper

Textron named Brian Rohloff president and CEO of Textron Aviation, effective Aug. 31, 2026.
Rohloff will succeed Ron Draper, who will retire after 27 years at Textron, including eight years leading Textron Aviation.
Rohloff most recently served as senior vice president of customer support, leading global customer support operations at Textron Aviation.
His earlier roles included vice president of quality, vice president of sales, senior product director, and director of paint operations.
