The renewed program runs from November 10, 2026, through November 9, 2027, and allows TFI International to repurchase and cancel up to 7,628,841 common shares, representing 10% of its public float. Under the previous program, which ended November 3, 2026, the company repurchased and canceled 688,137 shares at a volume-weighted average price of CAD 152.1286 per share.
