TG Therapeutics to Present 99.4% Relapse-Free Rate and 0.011 ARR Data
TGTX•TG Therapeutics will present four BRIUMVI data sets at the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers annual meeting in Charlotte May 27–29, including ENABLE Phase 4 analyses showing patient-reported improvements from Day 15 through Week 48. Real-world transition data show 99.4% relapse-free rate, a 0.011 annualized relapse rate, and low mild infusion reactions in Phase 3 ULTIMATE trials.

TG Therapeutics will present four BRIUMVI data sets at the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers annual meeting in Charlotte from May 27 to 29, including one oral session and three poster sessions led by Dr. Carrie Hersh, Dr. Angel Chinea, Rachel Duke and Dr. Riley Bove.
2. Phase 4 ENABLE Outcomes
The ENABLE Phase 4 oral presentation demonstrates significant and durable improvements in patient-reported treatment satisfaction as well as physical and psychological impact measures, with benefits observed as early as Day 15 and sustained through Week 48.
3. Real-World Transition Analyses
Real-world ENABLE analyses indicate that 99.4% of patients transitioning from prior anti-CD20 therapies remained relapse-free with an annualized relapse rate of 0.011, accompanied by meaningful improvements in treatment convenience, tolerability and overall patient satisfaction.
4. Phase 3 ULTIMATE Findings
Data from the ULTIMATE I & II Phase 3 studies reveal low rates of infusion-related reactions—predominantly mild—and confirm a consistent one-hour infusion administration following the initial dosing schedule.
