The Generation Essentials Group acquired interests in four hotels from AMTD Digital for $209.77 million on November 2, 2026. Payment comprised 198,630,381 newly issued Class A ordinary shares, bringing AMTD Digital’s ownership to 88.2% of outstanding shares and 91.1% of voting power.
