2. Leadership and Operations

Michela DellaMonica, a founding member of The Door since 2008, will lead the Miami outpost. She will oversee local operations and collaborate with the broader Dolphin network to drive regional marketing initiatives.

3. Client Portfolio and Market Focus

The Miami team will support a roster including Happy Corner Hospitality’s Motek brand, chefs Adrianne Calvo and Chris Valdes, and the Hooters restaurant group. These partnerships reflect a focus on food, lifestyle and pop culture clients in the dynamic Miami market.
