The Joint Corp. has named industry veteran Ron Stilwell as Senior Vice President, Operations and Patient Experience, effective immediately, filling the role previously held by Eric Wyatt and reporting directly to President & CEO Sanjiv Razdan. Stilwell brings over 30 years of franchise operations expertise, most recently serving as President and Chief Development Officer at FullSpeed Automotive—where he oversaw nearly 1,000 franchised and company-owned quick-service centers including Grease Monkey and SpeeDee Oil Change—and previously as Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Marco’s Pizza, recognized in 2021 by Restaurant Business Magazine as the fourth fastest-growing franchise. His track record includes founding Franchise Executive Consultants in 2009 and leading it through 2018, advising over 20 major concepts such as Massage Envy and Verizon Wireless. The Joint Corp., which operates and franchises more than 950 chiropractic clinics nationwide and recorded over 14 million patient visits in 2025, expects Stilwell to drive enhanced patient experience, improve franchisee relations, strengthen clinic economics, and support topline sales growth through disciplined operational oversight and team development. Investors will watch for KPI improvements in new patient acquisition rates, same-store visit growth and average revenue per clinic as measures of his impact.
