The deal covers 8,342,257 common shares at C$3.41 each, for total gross proceeds of C$28.46 million.
It also includes 6,302,857 flow-through shares, with gross proceeds of C$30 million, earmarked for Lawyers-Ranch exploration spending.

Thesis Gold & Silver announced a C$58.46 million offering of hard-dollar common shares, purchased by AngloGold Ashanti.
AngloGold Ashanti will lift its stake to 9.7% from about 5% following the February 2026 strategic investment.
