Third Coast Bancshares reported Q3 2026 net income of $19 million and diluted EPS of $0.93. Net income rose year over year but declined from the prior quarter; real estate loans drove loan growth, partly offset by declines in municipal and other loans.
The company said reduced gains on sales of factored receivables and higher merger-and-acquisition expenses weighed on results. It said an increase in noninterest-bearing demand deposits improved its funding base and expects its merger with Great Plains to strengthen its franchise and support long-term earnings growth.
