Thomson Reuters expands Anthropic collaboration, launches CoCounsel Legal MCP integration with Claude
TRI•TRI•TRI•TRI•Thomson Reuters expanded its collaboration with Anthropic, building the next-generation CoCounsel Legal on Anthropic’s Claude Agent SDK.
An expanded CoCounsel Legal MCP with Claude is set for August, enabling access from Claude to cited work product grounded in Westlaw content.
AWS collaboration is also expanding, with a forthcoming MCP connection to extend CoCounsel Legal into Amazon Quick and other AWS offerings.
Integration with Reveal is scheduled to start in October, feeding reviewed litigation evidence into CoCounsel Legal for research, analysis, drafting.
