Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a 10% owner of Gloo Holdings, sold 158,000 Class A shares in July 8-10 transactions.
Sales prices were about $2.98 to $3.98 per share.
The stake fell to 4.46 million Class A shares following the sales.
