Thryv Holdings agreed to sell its print directories business to Carolwood in an all-cash deal valued at $142 million.
Assets include Print Yellow and White Pages in the U.S., Australia and New Zealand, including digital editions, plus Australia White Pages online.
Internet Yellow Pages and other online properties are excluded, leaving Thryv focused on its AI-powered Growth Platform.
