Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) fell 59.4% to $20.8 million; margin slid 10.5 percentage points to 13.8%.
SaaS revenue dipped 0.5% to $114.5 million; management cited 21% growth in Market, Sell, Grow initiatives offset by legacy CRM headwinds.
Marketing Services revenue totaled $36.2 million; SaaS clients ended the quarter at 95,000, with ARPU up 11.9% to $394.
Platform launch and restructuring
Thryv launched the Thryv Growth Platform.
The company outlined $20 million-$25 million in restructuring charges targeting $55 million-$60 million in annualized savings, starting in 2027.
