Thunder Mountain Gold appoints new exploration chief

Thunder Mountain Gold appointed Steven Osterberg as senior vice president of exploration, effective immediately.

Osterberg, a Ph.D.-qualified consulting geologist, will lead target generation, technical evaluation, drilling, and resource-growth work across the portfolio.

Ron Espell stepped down as chief operating officer.

The management changes align with a renewed push to advance the South Mountain Project in southern Idaho.
