TIC•Revenue contribution and funding
The targets contribute about $90 million in annualized revenue, adding data management, geospatial surveying, and commissioning services.
The deals were funded with cash on hand and are expected to be accretive to TIC Solutions’ “3/18/85” long-term financial targets, excluding integration costs.
