Ticketplus Q3 net profit rises to $1.6 million; revenue climbs 90% to $14.4 million

Ticketplus’ third-quarter 2026 net profit rose year over year to $1.6 million, including a $1.2 million one-time, noncash share-based payment expense. Revenue climbed 90% to $14.35 million, and total platform sales more than doubled to $177.53 million.
2. Outlook and acquisition
Nine-month operating cash flow increased 49% year over year to $11.8 million. Ticketplus expects full-year 2026 revenue of $51 million to $53 million and total platform sales of $625 million to $650 million. Its September 18 acquisition of Argentine ticketing company Autoentrada converted an existing white-label partnership into full operations in Argentina.
