Tilray has launched 24 American craft beers, including SweetWater, Montauk, and Alpine brands, exclusively on draft at BrewDog bars and online throughout the U.K. This marks the first step in Tilray’s strategy to expand its U.S. craft beer portfolio across U.K. and European retail, grocery and on-trade channels over time.
Tilray has introduced 24 U.S. craft beer brands—including SweetWater, Shock Top, Blue Point and Green Flash—into the U.K. market starting June 11. The beers arrive fresh from U.S. breweries and will be served on draft to capture summer sports-driven consumer demand.
Tilray partnered exclusively with BrewDog to debut these brands on draft in all BrewDog bars and via BrewDog.com. This initial roll-out leverages BrewDog’s established on-trade network and online platform to build brand awareness before broader retail expansion.
The curated portfolio spans IPAs, lagers and non-alcoholic options, with ABVs ranging from <0.5% to 9.8%. Key offerings include SweetWater’s G13 Hazy IPA (6% ABV), 10 Barrel’s Always Down Double IPA (9% ABV) and Runner’s High non-alcoholic Golden Wheat.
This launch is the first phase of Tilray’s international beverage strategy, aiming to extend its American craft beer footprint into U.K. grocery, on-trade and European markets. Management sees long-term growth opportunities across beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and ready-to-drink categories.
