TIM injects up to R$ 600 million into I-Systems unit
TIMB•Funding to come from cash on hand
The funding will come from cash on hand and is intended to enable the early repayment of the subsidiaries’ financial obligations.
No share issuance is planned, leaving TIM’s share capital unchanged.
Capital injections planned for two wholly owned units
TIM has earmarked up to R$ 600 million in capital injections for its wholly owned unit I-Systems Soluções de Infraestrutura.
The company also set aside up to R$ 70 million for its wholly owned unit V8 Consulting, which is branded as V8 Tech.
