TIM SA posted 2Q26 net income of BRL 969.6 million, down 0.6% year on year; net revenue rose 5.5% to BRL 6.97 billion.
EBITDA-AL (normalized, non-IFRS) increased 7.8% to BRL 2.8 billion, lifting margin 0.8 percentage point to 40.2%.
Operating cash flow (non-IFRS) climbed 8.7% to BRL 1.87 billion; capex rose 6% to BRL 935 million.
Subscriber trends and board approvals
Mobile ARPU grew 5% to BRL 34.3; postpaid subscribers rose 6.8% to 33,668, while prepaid fell 8% to 28,211.
TIM’s board approved BRL 400 million in interest on equity on June 17; it also authorized up to BRL 600 million for I-Systems and BRL 70 million for V8.Tech in July.
