1. Key 2026 dates
TIM set February 10 to publish its full-year 2025 annual financial statements, including the DFP filing, followed by a results presentation on February 11. Its annual shareholders’ meeting is scheduled for March 31, with the management proposal and meeting notice due February 25. Quarterly filings and presentations are scheduled for May 5 and 6, July 27 and 28, and November 9 and 10.
