- Titan International signs definitive agreement to sell its ITM business to Usco S.P.A.
- Titan International is to receive a $207 million initial price plus a $6 million earnout based on 2026 performance.
- Titan International said the deal is expected to generate up to $285 million in total cash value for Titan.
