Titan Mining produced a record 64.2 million payable pounds of zinc in 2025, an 8% year-on-year increase and a 28% Q4 jump to 18.7 million pounds. The company forecasts 62–66 million payable pounds for 2026 with C1 cash costs of $0.93–$1.01 per pound and started graphite concentrate output.

1. Record 2025 Zinc Production

Titan achieved record zinc output at its Empire State Mines, delivering 64.26 million payable pounds in 2025, up 8% from 2024. Q4 production reached 18.74 million pounds, a 28% sequential increase driven by high-grade extraction in the Lower Mahler and New Fold zones.

2. 2026 Production and Cost Guidance

Guidance for 2026 targets 62–66 million payable pounds of zinc, with C1 cash costs estimated at $0.93–$1.01 per pound and all-in sustaining costs of $1.07–$1.17. Sustaining capital is budgeted at $8.5–$8.9 million, with exploration capital of $3.5–$3.9 million to support further development.

3. Graphite and Germanium Initiatives

First graphite concentrate output has commenced at the Kilbourne facility, operating at 1,200 tonnes per year with potential to ramp to 2,500 tonnes. The company is also assessing germanium recovery from zinc streams and exploring partnerships for optimal extraction technologies.
