TLSA•Tiziana Life Sciences dosed the final patient in its Phase 2 trial of intranasal foralumab for early/mild Alzheimer's disease, completing enrollment. Topline results are expected in the first quarter of 2027.

The placebo-controlled trial evaluates the safety and potential efficacy of foralumab alone or alongside anti-amyloid therapies. Assessments include brain inflammation, cognitive function and Alzheimer's disease biomarkers.
