Tiziana Life Sciences reported Phase 2 PET imaging results from a third multiple system atrophy patient treated with intranasal foralumab.
The results have already been presented as quantitative scan comparisons showing reduced brain inflammatory activity in regions linked to the disease.
The new readout broadly matches earlier signals in the first two treated patients, supporting repeatable biological activity across patients.
The group plans to treat additional patients to validate the imaging findings and further assess the therapy’s potential in MSA.
