Tiziana Life Sciences said its Phase 2a INFORM-MS trial met both primary endpoints. The lower dose significantly reduced neuroinflammation versus placebo, but the higher dose did not; fatigue improved significantly from baseline with both doses, and disability scores did not change during treatment. Both doses were safe and well tolerated. The company plans to present detailed findings at a future scientific congress and discuss further development with the FDA.
