The lower dose of intranasal foralumab significantly reduced brain inflammation, meeting the trial’s efficacy endpoint. Both doses produced clinically meaningful fatigue improvements from baseline over 12 weeks, although the trial was not powered for that endpoint. Both doses were well tolerated, with no study-drug-related serious adverse events; all 48 participants completed treatment.
Tiziana Life Sciences plans to discuss the previously announced results at an investor call on November 9, 2026. Detailed results will be presented at a future scientific congress, and the company plans to discuss next development steps with the FDA.
