TJGC names Kalvin Kwok executive director of Tongjiang unit

TJGC named Kalvin Kwok executive director of its wholly owned Hong Kong unit Tongjiang, effective Sept. 16, 2026.

• Kwok has more than 30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, building and optimizing factories across Asia since 1996.
• He serves as chief consultant to a Korean electronics manufacturer, advising on factory setup, operating systems and process optimization.
• The appointment supports Tongjiang’s launch into sourcing, trading and assembly of high-performance PC and data-center components for AI infrastructure demand.
• The company plans to transfer 49% of Tongjiang’s issued share capital to Kwok upon the unit’s first binding purchase order, in a dividend-only class.
