TNMG•TNL Mediagene CEO and director Motoko Imada resigned when the Japanese business sale closed; Hiroto Kobayashi, Hiroyuki Terao and Aya Miyake also left their roles.

Motoko Imada resigned as chief executive officer and director upon completion of TNL Mediagene’s Japanese business sale. Hiroto Kobayashi stepped down from the board at closing, while Hiroyuki Terao resigned as chief financial officer and Aya Miyake left her role as chief governance officer.
