Tofutti capai kesepakatan co-packing dengan pemilik baru fasilitas produksi utama

Tofutti Brands said it has secured a co-packing manufacturing agreement with the new owner of its primary co-packer’s facility, maintaining the same terms and pricing as under the previous owner.

The company learned in February 2026 that the prior owner planned to shut the plant effective July 31, 2026.

The facility produces key products that accounted for about 80% of sales for the year ended Dec. 27, 2025.

The new co-packing relationship will start on Sept. 15, with Tofutti Brands expecting existing inventory to cover demand until then.
