Priced from $1.19 million, the community offers low-maintenance living near Milpitas BART and VTA Light Rail, with direct links to major Silicon Valley employers. This Milpitas venture diversifies Toll Brothers’ footprint in Northern California’s high-value market, where average new-home absorption is under four weeks and luxury condo starts grew 22% year-over-year.
