Toll Brothers will unveil two model homes on April 18 at Ladera Trails, featuring 3,124–3,692 sqft layouts priced from the mid-$800,000s. It also plans Cambric Village in Greenville, SC, with 13 single-family homes of 2,820–3,429 sqft starting in the low $800,000s, available summer 2026.
1. Model Homes Debut at Ladera Trails
On April 18, Toll Brothers at Ladera Trails in San Tan Valley, Arizona, will open two new model homes—the Manchester Modern Ranch and Woodland Desert Contemporary. Each model offers 3,124–3,692 sqft of living space with up to four bedrooms, five bathrooms, four-car garages and pricing from the mid-$800,000s, set within a gated community featuring a pool, pickleball courts, fire pits, playground and miles of hiking and biking trails.
2. New Cambric Village Community in Greenville
Cambric Village, coming summer 2026 for single-family homes and spring 2027 for townhomes, will deliver 13 luxury homes in Greenville, SC, priced from the low $800,000s. Home designs range from 2,820 to 3,429 sqft with open-concept layouts, first- or second-floor primary suites, covered patios and optional lofts, all located near top-rated schools, shopping and dining just 10 miles from downtown Greenville.
