The company also launched Connecticut’s Rivington Landing condos starting low $500,000s and Florida’s Bellflower at Wildlight homes from low $500,000s.
1. Oakhill Reserve Community Opens in Tomball, Texas
Toll Brothers at Oakhill Reserve in Tomball opened 1,884–3,175+ sq ft one- and two-story homes featuring 3–5 bedrooms, 2–4.5 baths and 2–3-car garages on 45- and 50-foot home sites priced from the upper $300,000s. The community includes a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, walking trails and proximity to the Grand Parkway and top-rated Tomball schools.
2. Rivington Landing Luxury Condos in Danbury, Connecticut
Rivington Landing will offer six two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo floor plans priced from the low $500,000s, featuring high-end finishes and elevator access. Residents will have access to a 15,000 sq ft clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, walking trails, tennis and pickleball courts when sales begin summer 2026.
3. Bellflower at Wildlight Launches in Yulee, Florida
