On February 4, Toll Brothers unveiled three fully furnished model homes at Glenrock, its new gated community in Summerlin, Las Vegas. The eight available floorplans range from 2,897 to over 4,500 square feet, offering 3–5 bedrooms, up to 6.5 baths and 3–4 car garages. Pricing starts at $1.58 million. Division President Janet Love emphasized that Glenrock’s amenities—private park, event lawn, walking paseos and design studio—underscore Toll Brothers’ commitment to luxury personalization and community lifestyle enhancement.

3. Cameron Cove Community to Debut in Marietta, Georgia

Toll Brothers announced that site work is underway for Cameron Cove, its upcoming East Cobb luxury community, with sales slated to begin in spring 2026. Homes will feature between 3 and 5 bedrooms, up to 3,366 square feet, and starting prices in the upper $600,000s. Planned resort-style amenities include a pool, outdoor kitchen, playground and expansive green spaces. Division President Eric White noted that Cameron Cove’s proximity to top-ranked schools and retail centers will cater to families seeking both convenience and upscale living.
